Delve into the art of sharpening serrated blades. In this course, we will cover a variety of methods for sharpening bread knives and other serrated knives. The focus will be on sharpening serrations similar to those on Blenheim Forge bread knives, but there will also be time to explore serrations of different shapes and sizes.
We’ll also provide guidance on maintaining your knives after sharpening, give you a tour of the workshop, and share insights into the knife-making process.
